We provide a range of repossession services to landlords, owners, management companies and more. This includes gaining entry, lock change and drain down, and ongoing property inspections.
This service is available throughout East Sussex, and 24 hours a day.

Gaining Entry
Using qualified locksmiths, we gain entry to properties, causing as little damage as possible.
Lock Change and Drain Down
All locks on proeprties are changed, and unsecured entrances are secured. All water systems are drained down.
Property Inspections
Following Repossession, we can provide regular inspections of the property, reporting on any damage, activity and trespass issues that may occur.
Working with Bailiffs
We are able to work alongside your own bailiffs, whether these are County Court, or appointed HCEOs.
Quotes for works
After repossession, we can provide quotes for cleaning, clearance, maintenance and much more.
Fully documented service
From start to finish, we provide a suite of photographs and evidence of all works completed.
Our range of repossession services are available throughout Sussex and cover everything that is needed on site from when the bailiffs arrive. We have many years of experience in working alongside other trades, and in difficult and stressful locations. We can be there when the bailiffs arrive, or attend and proceed (part exchange, probate, in receivership etc). Locksmith service
Our trained locksmiths are able to gain entry and change the locks on the target property. This includes doors that are stuck or difficult to open, with a repair being undertaken at the time, if possible. All locks are changed, and the property left secure. Additional locks are sometimes installed, if there is a need to do so, and the door allows. Padlocks, chains and hasp and staples are placed onto gates, sheds and any outbuildings. Keys can then be handed to an agent to further deal with the property, placed in a key safe, or we can hold them until further instructions are received.
Lock Change and Drain Down
The service listed above is great for most repossessions, however, by adding in the drain down, that insures that all services are turned off, and that the water system is drained down. This includes all the drinking water pipes, as well as the heating system. Gas, electric and water are shut down, and pictures are taken of all meters.
If required, broken windows can be boarded, and well as boarding up of cat flaps. Letter boxes are secured from the inside, ensuring there isn’t a build up of post.
Property Reports
If you haven’t seen inside a property, then a full property report is ideal. Firstly, it includes a full suite of time stamped and dated pictures of the property, showing every room and anything that we need to bring to your attention. We also produce a report that will tell you about the type of property, what’s within it, any maintenance issues, and recommendation for going forward as well as lots more!
All the repossession services listed above can be taken on their own, or as part as a complete service. For example, you can just book a locksmith, or book the property report with a lock change and drain down. We work from early morning, until late evening, and can attend outside these hours with prior agreement.
