Repossession Services

Sending in the bailiffs is never an option any landlord wants to take, but we understand there are times when it is needed. Its then up to the landlord to arrange to make the property safe. We can liaise with you to be there when the bailiffs arrive, gain entry, change the locks, drain the property down (if required), and even work to allow the tenant supervised access to get their left behind belongings.

Void Property Management
