Our block management service is affordable and provides a service that many freeholders and leaseholders have chosen. We offer different options, depending on what services are required, and what your property offers.
From 2 units, up to 200, we can assist with the professional running of your block.

Core Pack

We collect service charges and ground rent. Produce budgets, and pay contractors. We also provide annual accounts. Prices start from £180 per unit per year.

Maintenance Pack

Only available if taken with the Core Pack. We would arrange and manage for contractors to do the cleaning, repairs, maintenance and decoration. From £80 per unit per year.

Legal Pack

Must be taken with the Core Pack. We would act as your Company Secretary and registered office for your Right To Manage Company. We file annual returns and comply with Companies House requirements. From £390 per block, per year.

Section 20 Works

We arrange and manage all works that require Section 20 approval. The cost of this is 10% of contract value (+VAT).

Section 5 Administration

If the freehold wishes to sell the freehold, we can administer the correct procedure for a fixed price of £380.

FRA and H&S Reports

We can arrange for all Fire Risk Assessments, Health and Safety reports, EPCs, Gas and Electric safety checks.
